Six studies of a dead bird

I found this tiny little bird lying dead on the sidewalk outside my studio, it had no visible injuries, so it must have died due to the cold weather or maybe from a fall. In any case, I did the only thing I could do for it. The drawings are about the real size of the bird.  And thus, even in death beauty finds its way.
